combined experience stemming from private
country clubs, franchises, chain restaurants to
family owned establishments. We take pride
in what we can accomplish when we all work
together. Whether it a birthday party for
10 or a wedding for 300, we will make sure that
your event is one to remember. Let us take
care of all the formalities for you, so you can
enjoy your event. We will set up, and
clean up. We will maintain our
professional image that we have worked hard to

This is another service we offer at “The
Grille.” Why not impress that special someone
with your own personal chef. Have us come in
and prepare the meal in your kitchen right in
front of you. Show your significant
other how much you care, and let us plan that
intimate evening in your own home with an
upscale dining experience.
This experience begins with the purchase of
fresh products for you, hand picked by us. Then
we will arrive with all our own utensils and
kitchen equipment and get to work. All we need
from you is a working stove, and running water
and it begins. You can stay and learn or relax
while the chef starts your evening.
This includes formal setting of your dining
room, full service, and a full clean up of our
mess in your kitchen , right down to the
dishes. Then with your approval we are out the
door.

Catering Logistics
Platters: All
catering platters are priced accordingly and
serve approximately 25 people. Prices are
located on the Platter menu. The cheese and
shrimp are listed at market value because of the
fluctuating economy. The cheese displays are in
wedge form so you can cut yourself and serve.
This is a little more upscale than the
traditional cheese cube.
Lunch Boxes: All
lunch boxes will include one sandwich, one side
and a cookie. These lunch boxes will cost 9.00
each. Some adjustments can be made to menu
options and a vegan option is available.
Buffet: I have
listed many options for buffet. I have an
example of beef, pork, and chicken but I can
also accommodate any menu needs. I am used to
working with clients to make sure they have all
their needs fulfilled. Nutrition, allergies,
and vegetarian needs are always accepted and
admired. Our buffet menu would include:

Grill to order or” patio event”.
Seasonal Grille can do an outside event all on
the grille. Everything done to order and over
an open flame. There is nothing better! PRICE
TO BE DISCUSSED!
All these items are priced
as buffet options. We agree to handle all food
aspects from setting up, supplying chafers and
fuels, serving utensils, and servers if
requested. If you would like to change to a
plated meal we can set up all tables with
classic place settings, water goblets,
silverware and linens. For a plated event there
will be an up charge of 2.00 per head to agree
upon menu. After the event is done we will tear
down all food lines, if applicable, or clean
place settings, run through dish machine, and
clean up mess to owner’s satisfaction.
Professionalism:
Seasonal Grille is responsible, and guarantees a
very professional atmosphere. We will always be
wearing uniforms agreed upon by, the client.
This is not any different situation than I would
expect from at my own business. Our attitudes
will be that of respect in any given situation.
Goals: Our goal is
that of yours, which is to build our clientele
and strive to be one of the best in our
industries. We know that making you happy will
in turn, make your customers happy as well
creating a win, win situation for us all.
Payment Method:
All jobs will be paid upon receipt of service.
If event is a large event, 50 and above, a 50%
deposit will be required to cover our upfront
costs. We do accept all major credit cards, cash
and checks from local banks. Any other payment
methods or questions must be discussed and
approved by involved parties. If an event is
cancelled 5 days prior to event then all monies
transferred will be refunded 100%. If after
that time period then deposit will be kept to
cover all costs to that point.
Notice: I
understand things come up and you have drop
ins. We will make every effort to accommodate
in these occurrences. Otherwise, in a perfect
world, it would be nice if we had a couple of
days notice for all small events and large
events at least 2 weeks.
